Sammanfattning

In December 2024, Johan Hedberg defended his doctoral thesis in Scandinavian languages at Uppsala University. I had the honour of being the faculty opponent (external examiner) and the pleasure of reading the thesis and discussing it with the respondent (the author) at a public defence. This article is a revised version of my presentation and observations at the defence.
